Thomas was very professional. His schedule was pretty backlogged when I contacted him due to consecutive days of rain but he worked hard to squeeze me in. Job was completed exactly when he said it would be. Reasonable pricing and no surprise costs. His crew worked quickly and did great job of cleaning up. I called Thomas Cole, Preferred Contractors, to repair a leak on my roof at the skylight (that another company said they repaired, but did not). After looking at the job himself, Thomas sent Salvador to my home to make these repairs. Salvador was friendly, polite, and made the repair quickly and efficiently.
